When a worker does not hold the required credential for the position, an exemption can provide an alternative solution.
Exemptions involve risks, so the person in charge on-site should check them. If a worker needs an exemption, they should ask their manager (this is the person/company who invited them to the position) and the risk will be evaluated through Credenxia by the Site responsible person.
Remember, only managers can talk to Credenxia about exemption requests, not individual workers.
