Prior to accessing site, all workers will be required to access the online portal to complete:
- An identity check.
Have their work credentials verified against the role they will be conducting on site.
- Satisfactory completion of all required inductions and documents.
What's the process?
- The designated manager adds a worker and assigns them the required positions for site.
- The worker will receive an email invitation to complete the position. The worker will then have to go through the verification process.
- Once the worker is fully verified, both manager and the worker will be notified that they are good to progress to site.
- Only the worker can complete the ID process, statutory declaration and inductions required.
The completion of this process is key to building a safer workplace for all at Sites.
Important: Your client has strict requirements.
- The person completing the ID process, inductions and statutory declaration must be the actual person attending site.
- The org portal managers cannot complete these on the employees behalf.
