API

Enhancement

  • An enhancement has been added to the Users API. Users can be searched for using their email.

New-Feature

  • The Organisations API has been created with the new URL

Org

Bug-Fix

  • An issue where Exemption requests weren't being completed when an Exemption was created was resolved. 
  • An issue where selected Locations would not be remembered after submitting the new Worker form with invalid data was resolved.

Enhancement

  • An enhancement has been added to the Exemptions system, allowing Exemptors to view who made Exemptions and when. 
  • An enhancement has been added to the Organisation portal, allowing Positions and Locations to be created with a biller type, to decide who pays for the Position or Location. Current choices are:
    * Owner - the owner of the Position or Location pay for Workers.
    *  Allocatee - the Suppliers must pay for their Workers. 

New-Feature

  • An enhancement has been added to the application so that workers, exemptors, and managers are notified of expired Exemptions.
  • Formerly exempted workers will only receive worker notifications.
  • Exemptors who are also managers will only receive exemptor notifications.

 

  • An enhancement has been added where the system will notify users of Exemptions due to expire soon.
    At time of writing, the app has been configured to notify workers, exemptors, and managers when an Exemption will expire in 30 days.
    Furthermore, exemptors will additionally be notified when an Exemption will expire in 7 days and 1 day. 

Positions

Bug-Fix

  • An issue where Positions and Locations set to Assessable on failure only prematurely changing status has been resolved. 
  • An issue where redone Identity Photos were not switching status correctly has been resolved. 
  • An issue where Renewed Credentials were being charged to previous Organisations when a Worker moves Organisations has been fixed. 

Enhancement

  • An enhancement has been added to the Form system, adding the ability to add a fixed expiry date to a Credential Group.
