Credenxia Organisation Portal
New Functionality
- A new feature has been added to the system to allow each email tenant to see a unique header and footer for emails
Enhancements
- The View Worker Position Details from the Manage Allocated Workers page has been removed.
- An enhancement has been added to the system so the Locations dropdown menu on the Add New Worker page will now remove Locations that have already been selected for the worker
- Credentials that have no verification status but have been exempted now appear in the Worker Details page with an Exempted label
- On the pages Manage Workers for [Position] and Manage Allocated Workers for [Position], a link has been added that will take org managers back to the details page for that position.
- In Associations > Manage Associations, when you click View Details for your supplier, there is now a list showing the managers for that supplier.
Bug Fixes
- An issue where org managers were able to edit organisation documents for organisations not their own has been resolved
- An issue where a logo could not be uploaded in Org Portal has been resolved. The logo can now be changed from the Organisation Profile > Edit Organisation page in Org portal
- An issue where the Location widget in Org Portal was showing the expiry date rather than the status of the location has been resolved

- The Phone # field in the Green ID identity process is now mandatory
Bug Fixes
- An issue where users inputting their secondary document were not provided with information as to why their document failed the process has been resolved
- An issue where users in Positions could set expiry dates to a negative year has been resolved
