Admin

  • An issue where a verified Location wasn't deverifying upon decline of identity has been resolved

API/Emails

  • An enhancement has been added to the system to send notifications out to organisation managers when their entity credentials are expired or expiring
  • An issue with the schedule job for Inductions to ensure they complete properly has been resolved
  • An issue where positions with exempted credentials were missing an expiry date has been resolved
  • An issue where the identity status wasn't setting correctly in the mobile API has been resolved

Org

  • The Entity Credentials widget has been enhanced. We have removed the Credential Type column, and added the expiry date and identifier columns
  • An enhancement has been added to the system to allow org managers to save entity credentials. The only organisation documents available to select will be:
    1. Worker's Compensation
    2. Professional Indemnity
    3. Public Liability
  • The messaging surrounding exemptions has changed. In both Org and Admin portal, exempted positions will now be marked as Verified, and Exempted credentials will now appear in Org Portal as Exempted rather than the actual status

Positions

  • An issue where the passport document was not uploading when an expired visa for the foreign passport and visa identity check was submitted has been resolved
  • When a worker starts their induction, it will now pop out into a new window (like we do already with Mac OSX)
  • An issue where worker identities were being set to On Hold status before they had submitted all of their documents has been resolved
