Organisation Portal

Enhancements

The following enhancements to existing functionality have been added to the Organisation Portal:

  • The Worker Details page has been rearranged to make it more intuitive to users.
  • An enhancement has been added to the system to notify organisation managers assigning workers to a secondary position of that positions' cost.
  • Super Admins are now able to determine what has been entered in the Details field in Admin for the position credential group from the organisation portal.
  • An enhancement has been added to the system to correctly describe worker removals on the timeline.
  • The Manage Workers (Beta) page now runs from an index rather than reading the database. This means all searches on this page are significantly faster.

TikForce Positions Application

Enhancements

The following enhancements to existing functionality have been added to the TikForce Positions Application:

  • An enhancement has been added to the system to allow workers to search for the registered training organisation that issued their credentials.

TikMe Application

No changes were made to the TikMe Application.

Verification Portal

No changes were made to the Verification Portal.

Single Sign On System

No changes were made to the Single Sign On System.

TikForce API

Enhancements

The following enhancements to existing functionality have been added to the TikForce API:

  • The payment logic for position pricing has been enhanced.

Admin Portal

Enhancements

The following enhancements to existing functionality have been added to the Admin Portal:

  • When a position credential is declined, the position is now set to Initiated status instead of Declined.
  • An enhancement has been added to the system so admins can view the previous images submitted for credentials even after they have been updated.
  • An enhancement has been added to the system so In Progress positions are set to Verified automatically if all required credentials for the position are verified.
  • An enhancement has been added to the system so Admins can produce the MTM weekly and full reports from the Admin portal.
  • An enhancement has been added to the system so workers who re-do their inductions will be given their additional time on top of the standard expiry time. E.g. If a worker completes their induction 3 months before it expires, the expiry date will be one year plus three months.

Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed in the Admin Portal:

  • An issue with setting high risk work licence mandatory and optional credentials for positions was resolved.

Core System

No changes were made to the Core System.
