Organisation Portal
New Features
The following new features have been added to the Organisation Portal:
A new feature has been added to the system to show a series of widgets about projects on the manage projects page.
This new feature can be accessed at the Organisation Portal > Manage Projects page.
A page showing all expiring positions for workers of an Organisation has been created. It can be accessed via the expiring positions widget on the dashboard.
A new feature has been added to the system to allow Organisation Managers and Admins to view a widget with a number of Verified Worker Positions, which links to a list of all the current Verified Workers for a position.
This new feature can be accessed from the Organisation Portal Dashboard.
A page showing all expired positions for workers of an Organisation has been created. It can be accessed via the expired positions widget on the dashboard.
A new feature has been added to the system to allow Organisation Managers and Admins to view a widget with a number of Unverified Worker Positions, which links to a list of all the currently Unverified Workers for a position and their current status.
This new feature can be accessed from the Organisation Portal Dashboard.
A new feature has been added to the system to show the number of positions expiring in the next 30 days
This new feature can be accessed at the Organisation Portal >Dashboard
Enhancements
The following enhancements to existing functionality have been added to the Organisation Portal:
An enhancement has been added to the system to edit the workers required for a position assigned to a project.
This enhancement can be accessed at the Organisation Portal > Manage Projects >View Project Details > Edit Position page.
Two widgets showing the workers required and the total workers of a position for a project have been added to the Position Details for Projects page.
An enhancement has been added to the system to link directly to the Manage Position Workers page from the Manage Positions page
This enhancement can be accessed at Organisation Portal > Manage Position
An enhancement has been added to the system to show the issue date and expiry date for credentials and positions in the organisation portal.
This enhancement can be accessed at the Organisation Portal > Manage Workers > View Detailsand the Organisation Portal > Manage Workers > View Details > Position Details pages
The Organisation portal dashboard has been updated with new widgets showing the user their suppliers, workers, positions, verified position workers, unverified position workers and expiring positions. Placeholders for expired positions and pending exemptions have also been created.
The Organisation Select dropdown has been removed from the Add & Assign page in the Organisation Portal. The system will now automatically detect if the user and selected entity are designated Verifiers, and only show the Add & Assign link based on that and the currently selected Entity in the Org site.
This enhancement can be accessed at Org Portal > Manage Workers > Add & Assign.
Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed to the Organisation Portal:
The Expiring Positions widget on the Organisation Dashboard now shows correct data.
An issue with My Reports link failing if no reports have been run was fixed.
TikForce Positions Application
New Features
The following new features have been added to the TikForce Positions Application:
A new smart collector has been created that captures text from the user.
A new smart collector has been created that captures a date from the user.
A new smart collector has been created that captures an option from a list chosen by the creator of the position credential group.
Enhancements
The following enhancements to existing functionality have been added to the TikForce Positions Application:
An enhancement has been added to the system to record when a staff member logs in to the positions portal.
This enhancement can be accessed at the Organisation Portal > Dashboard
An enhancement has been added to the system to allow an organisation to specify whether emails regarding a position will utilise their own branding, or the position owner's branding.
This enhancement can be accessed at Organisation Portal > Position > Assign worker to position
Core System
New Features
The following new features have been added to the Core System:
A new feature has been added to the system to allow users to verify their Identity with an Australian visa and foreign passport.
This new feature can be accessed at the positions portal > ID Verification
Enhancements
The following enhancements to existing functionality have been added to the Core System:
When a user needs to start a position that provides an ID Card upon completion, the ID card entry into the database is generated upon starting the position, instead of finishing it.
An enhancement has been added to the system to improve the layout of the Organisation Portal dashboard.
In the IDCards API, any GET calls that return workers cards return the worker's ID Photo regardless of dates.
Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been fixed to the Core System:
